Russian-speaking families of Northern Westchester are invited for an outdoor gathering to welcome the Jewish holiday of Shavuot, which celebrates harvest and commemorates the giving of the 10 Commandments on Mount Sinai. Families will be treated to dairy and non-dairy ice cream and children will learn about spring harvest, nature, the living things in our environment, in addition to values of sharing and honesty. Program will be facilitated in Russian.
*Covid-19 precautions and CDC guidelines will be observed. Masks are highly encouraged.
